Always a good sport, Dennie humored me for another very touristy photo. Beneath the bell there's a sign posted that says, "Do not ring bell". Well, it's no easy feat getting back in there for a picture with crowds of people moving by and, sure enough, Den nearly stumbled right into the bell, which undoubtedly would have sealed our fate to walk the plank. Fortunately she caught herself before bumping it...and, uh, also, there isn't really a plank. :) Squalicum Harbor, July 27, 2006.
