Found under a bridge, he and his sister, black labs, had been thrown over it and left to die. We think they were from left-over breeding stock pups, that is what the Humane Society said, and that type of dumping happens a lot. Unfortunately, Chance's sister was already gone when we found them. Chance was taken to the vet immediately for treatment of his wounds, and was later adopted into a Loving Forever Family.
