Loss of my dearest friend

I carried Pickle across the Rainbow Bridge earlier this week. He didn't want to go but he hadn't eaten in 2 weeks, was so weak he could barely walk and his liver and kidneys had failed. Still he struggled to remain with me out of love. It was the hardest decision I have ever made and I miss him so much. I just can't stop crying.

most loved cats...

Sandie, indeed these cats are the most loved by you - and Sunshine with your other furry friends has my admiration. The only cats I've ever had so far have been all tabbys - the last (of the 4 I've had) just died in Dec 06 - Sassy. My cats all live to be 15 to 20 years old! You can view Sassy's photo in my albums if you like - in the shot he's sleeping in a crate at our previous house. Thanks for sharing the excellent shots. And I really liked the Hawaii pix too.
