diving lucky newspaper

Here is a picture of the both of us on our first dive on our own after being PADI certified (I'm on the right). We wanted to get one dive in before the snow fell. Go figure, there was a photographer from the local newspaper there hoping to get a picture of some divers who were crazy enough to go diving on a 55 degree day in 60 degree water. (It was COLD!!!) Since we were the only 2 divers in the entire lake, we got lucky and got our picture taken. While underwater, we saw a small submarine, a small boat, and a few fish.
