Lula is youngest female (one year old), she loves to talk (all the time). Brutal Dog catchers catch her many times- she was in kill pound OVCA more than 3 times and every time she got out thanks to Danica (founder of European Initiative 17). If Lula could speak our language she could tell you how badly she was mistreated, how horrific that kill pound is and how she and her friends suffered in the hands of barbaric Dog catchers. 2 times ended up in kill pound Ovca.
