My contribution to good health, besides the spread of knowledge, is providing farm fresh green tea from a single family's farm in Japan.

We provide first picking green teas only, that is the earliest springtime picking and full of nutrition.

Here's to good health.

Picture is of Matcha - stone ground whole leaf tea, used in the traditional tea ceromonies of Japan. Consuming the whole leaf gets you the most nutrition from the tea plant.
