Boss was adopted by a man McMinn Co., TN from the Break the Chain Rescue (a great rescue).  They did all the necessary stuff...  Boss was "forgotten" and dragged behind this guy's truck.  They estimate that for 18 days, he sat with no vet care...  other than the adopter putting alcohol on his wounds.  That alone makes me wince with pain... 

Please sign and cross-post...  this poor fella deserves signatures!!  There are GRAPHIC images posted on the petition, but they are very large, so you have to make an effort to view the graphic parts.

This is the kind of stuff that terrifies me...  there are fates truly worse than death/euthanization, and this is one of them.  Please...  if you live in KY or KNOW ANYONE that lives in the area, have them keep their eyes open for this...
