Great ways to Get into shape and have a blast doing it.
May 30, 2009
Recently I started doing a lot of research for a few groups that I have started online. Doing this research I wanted to know that I would not misguide anyone. The odd thing is everything that I learn and wanted to share with others was not new, it has been before my eyes all my life.
Have you ever wondered how people could stay so trim but eat and eat and eat. Well trust me they are doing something that more than likely those that are having weight problems are not doing.
The first and most important thing is that they are eating. Eating plenty enough to keep their matabolisom up and running at all thimes. Thus giving themselves energy.
Did you know that fat can help your muscle contract over and over, thus keeping you in shape. The question not the fat, it is where you should and should not get this fat.
Another thing is that your do not use or mis use your body to the point that it doesn't function properly. You need to eat more fruits and vegetables if your in need of loosing weight.
Do not consider yourself as needing to get down to a low calorie diet if you have been eating a whole lot more. What you need to do is work on getting yourself to get the exercise you need. Now do not go crazy and work out when you have not been working out.
When I first started to work out, I started with simple things. Example when I sat down to watch tv, as I did every night, I would make my commericals the time that I would wiggle my ankles and knees. At times I would find myself doing this throughout the movie.
This movement is burning calories. It doesn't mean jogging if your body has been doing nothing. If you like to sit infront of the tv to eat, then make a change. Eat food only at the table. If you make it a rule fore yourself then the rest of the family should follow it also.
Then there is a great deal more that I will share...read my next share or come on over to the group here at care2.com it is called New Lifestyles
