Going to court on the 4th was an experience I will never forget.  We will dismiss all charges if you release the city of newark from all liability.  Admit Guilt and we will let you go.  But first it was a plea bargaining session...I REFUSED AND THE JUDGE ADVISED THAT IF FOUND GUILTY I COULD DO UP TO SIX MONTHS IN JAIL.  WTH!!!!  Trial is set for June 30th and I actually give up!!!!

I also have a link to the raw footage VIDEO of the beating at my Care2 Sharebook. Take a look. I hate to think about you going through the abuse the citizen suffered on this video.

I answered your post at AIMI and in your Care2 mailbox. Please reply with your thoughts.

Hello, CA.J. Did you notice that a New Jersey officer is top news today for a VIDEOTAPED beating a citizen who did nothing to provoke the attack? And after his beating, the schizophrenic victim was ARRESTED on seemingly trumped up charges, as though to justify Officer Rios going off on him? Please add your comments. They are having demonstrations over this abuse. http://www.care2.com/news/member/513396753/1161193

Just like in your case, the officer had victims before this, according to a woman who came forward to complain at ABC news. See my blog and see the news item.
