I went to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and found that there are 208 complaints lodged against this company.  Albeit, it's not as much as others, but still it is something to think about.  Most of the cases have been resolved.  Which I believe is a good thing.  But, for them to be resolved meant going to someone else?  That is not good.  Oh well.

And I did lodge my own complaint.  I would now advise, anyone buying for the first time, online any person selling anything, to go to the BBB, well at least in the U.S. and Canada.  I don't know if there is anything like this in other countries, it would be nice to know if there is!

 Thanks for reading!
