'Tis the season of Rhubarb~they are great combination with Strawberries~

 

Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

1/2 c. butter, melted
1/3 c. honey
1/2 c. orange juice
2 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. flour

Divide mixture in half.  Add the bottom to base of  8 x 11 pan.  Reserve the rest for topping.

Filling:

1 cups strawberries, rinsed, hulled and halved
1 cups rhubarb, chopped
1/2 cup honey

Mix the strawberries, rhubarb and honey together and then place into  pan.

Crumble rest of mixture on top over the fruit mixture and bake for 40-45 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Serve with your favorite topping.
