The victory for Irene is important, but unless we finish the job -- it's only temporary. OneWest said that they plan to put Irene's house up for sale again on July 30.

We have to act fast.

In cities across the country today, ACORN members are visiting the branches of mortgage service firms that refuse to sign the president's "Making Home Affordable" plan -- including Litton of Goldman Sachs, HomEq of Barclays, American Home Mortgage Servicing Inc, and of course, OneWest. Those banks are also receiving a copy of the letter you signed yesterday. Irene's victory against the bank has provided the momentum, and it's time to end this foreclosure crisis -- before Irene or anybody else loses their home.

Forward Daniel's email to your friends (it's below, scroll down), and ask them to sign the letter urging bank CEOs to sign the "Making Home Affordable" plan. Tell them that you signed it, that it's easy, and that we saved Irene's home.
