Ingredient 1

150 g sugar
800 ml water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pack of pudding powder
1 teaspoon instant jelly
65 g sugar
150 g unripe coconut,dredge widely

Ingredient 2

250 ml liquid milk
2 teaspoon pudding powder
25 g sugar
1/2 teaspoon mocca pasta
2 albumen
25 g sugar

Cooking Steps

1. Dough 1 , Burn sugar. Pour water little by little while stirred until sugar is dissolve
2. Add salt, pudding, instant jelly, and sugar. Cook while stirred until boil , divide into 2 dough
3. Pour a layer into brass 24 x 10 x 7 cm. Let it half frozen. Sprinkle unripe coconut. Pour a layer again. Sprinkle unripe coconut. Let it half frozen
4. Dough II. Boil liquid milk, pudding, and sugar while stirred. Add mocca pasta, Stir regularly, separate it
5. Shake albumen until half growing. Add sugar little by little while shaken until growing
6. Pour boiled milk little by little while shaken slowly. Pour above the dough 1. Let it half frozen
7. Add 1 table spoon water to the remaining dough 1. Cook while stirred until boiled
8. Pour a layer into dough 2. Sprinkle unripe coconut. Do it by turns until dough is empty, Froze it
