Trade-In Your Junk Car for $4,500
"Obama just signed the Cash for Clunkers bill, also known as Car Allowance Rebate System (CAR, which will give vouchers up to $4,500 dollars, to people who trade in their gas-guzzling vehicles to buy a new, more fuel efficient car. To qualify, your car or truck must get 18 miles per gallon, or less. To get the biggest voucher, you have to get a car that improves your gas mileage by 10 miles per gallon. There is a step-by-step guide on how to take advantage of CARS as well as frequently asked questions here:
