Ingredient

1/2 chicken , chop into halves
150 g shrimp, dredge the back
2 carrot , cut it
50 g rice noodles , soak , cut it
5 cloud ear mushroom, soak and cut it
20 tuberose , soak , discard the yellow part
3 garlics, contuse , mince softly
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1.2 L water + 1 cube chicken broth
2 onion leaf , cut
2 table spoon sesame oil for sauting
2 cm ginger , contuse it
1/2 teaspoon lemon water

How To

1. Smear chicken with 1/2 teaspoon lemon water. Boil chicken and gingerinto 1 L water until cooked, lift and leak it. tear the chicken
2. Saute garlics until fragrant. Add shrimp. Stir until the color is change, add carrot , stir until withered. Add rice noodles, cloud ear mushroom and tuberose. Stir regularly
3. Add salt, pepper powder, and sugar. Stir regularly
4. Add 650 ml chicken broth water and teared chicken. Stir regularly. Pour water, boil it
5. add onion leaf and chicken broth, cook until done

Wash tuberose 2 times with warm water to make it not sour
