I awoke feeling tired and ill. My stomach was very upset....

After taking Echo for her walk I went to the Central for a coffee. They've started putting up the pictures on the wall. I had let them enlarge some of Grampa's old black and white photographs.

Dana came in to open the bookstore. I went over to visit her. I flipped through a few books then went out.

I hit a few yard sales. At one of them I got a helmet that had only been worn once. It fit very well, and it will do nicely for the demolition derby. At another yard sale I got a couple of hot dogs for Dana and I.

After Dana closed the store we went grocery shopping. Then Dana went back to Reston and I went for a walk by the creek to take photographs. The arrowroot is flowering, the white flowers are very strange and delicate looking.

Later on I went to chack my e-mail. I got a message from the company that invented translucent aluminum. I might be able to get some from them, for use in making jewellery and art knives.

Then it was time to go back to the house and watch a movie with Echo....
