Ingredients

200 g rice + 250 ml water
2 bayleaf
2 lemon-grass . Take the white , contuse it
200 g squid, Discard the bone , chop it
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Sauce Ingredients

2 eggs
500 ml coconut milk from 1/2 coconut
1 table spoon oil for sauting

Soft Spice

3 garlics
4 red onion + 2 cm ginger
2 curl red chilli

How To

1. Boil water, bayleaf, and lemon grass . Add rice , stir until half soaked in
2. Add squid, salt , pepper powder. cook until soaked in
3. Pour into heat proof plate smeared by margarine
4. Sauce : saute soft spice until fragrant, lift it
5. Shake egg. Add coconut milk and sauted spice. Stir regularly. Pour over the rice
6. Put into brass with little water. Put into oven for 40 minutes with 170 celcius degree

To make squid not too smell, smear it with lemon water and salt. Let it for a while , then wash again
