Oneida Breathing To be done four times a day with four repititions each time.
Stand with both feet on the floor or ground and take a deep breath in through your nose. Using the breath like a starter you visualize your energy going all the way through and down your body, out your feet and into the earth. As you exhale through your mouth- visualize the positive energy coming up with that breath, through your feet , from the earth. What happens is: You are sending your negative energy to Mother Earth. She takes it and replaces it with new positive energy.
