Ingredients

400 g rice
700 ml water
3 burger meat , cut like box
100 g peas
50 g spinach
3 shitakke mushroom, cut it
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper powder

Sauce Ingredients

4 eggs
2 garlics , mince softly
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper powder
6 table spoon tomato sauce
100 g grated cheddar cheese
1000 ml liquid milk

How To

1.Boil water. add rice . Stir until soaked in . Add burger meat, peas , spinach , shitakke mushroom, salt, pepper powder , stir regularly

2. Pour into heat proof plate smeared by margarine

3. Sauce : Shake egg , garlic , salt , pepper powder, tomato sauce , and grated cheddar cheese. Pour liquid milk little by little while stirred regularly , pour it into rice

4. Put into pan which given little water . Put into oven for 40 minutes with 170 celcius degree

Slice spinach to make it easy to eaten
