Ingredients

250 g grated cassava
75 g rough grated coconut
25 g tolo peanut
1 onion stem, slice softly
oil for frying

Soft Spice

5 red onion
2 garlics
1 teaspoon corriander
1 cm galingale
2 orange leaf , discard the venation
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

How To

1. Soak tolo peanut for 1 hour. Boil until cooked. Lift and leak it
2. Stir all ingredients and soft spice
3. Make it flat oval
4. Fry into heated oil until cooked
