Abused Pitbull

The SPCA in Monroe,Ct.  has offered a 5,000 reward in the abuse case of Molly the Pitbull.She has an extreme case of sarcoptic mange and is very raw looking. It's enough to make you cry.A person was trying to sell her on a street  in Bridgeport,Ct. The driver of a car saw Molly and stopped and threatened the seller  with an arrest if he did not surrender Molly.
