Wmn4mccain, Thanks for your comment. Whereas the percentage of innocent people imprisoned may be low, the percentage of innocent people who requested DNA testing might be high. This is a no-brainer. Of course convicted prisoners should have the right to DNA testing to possibly prove their innocence. My guess is the percentage of criminals being proved innocent will be very low even with DNA testing. By wmn4mccain - 07/21/2009 06:11 PM MST
