My brother was sentenced unjustly to 20 years for a fight in which both parties received injuries. He did not spend a lot on a lawyer, assuming he would be charged with assault at most. He has spent 4 years in prison already, his son is now 17, this was my brother's 1st offense of his life. It just seems very unfair.
