My thoughts are that all of Our Congress persons need to have their golden healthcare dropped from their benefits package as they represent Our needs in Our government. They have the best coverage and they don't have to be concerned about being denied treatments or testing or proceedures. Take away the benefit and see how quickly their attitude changes. If they quit stuffing their pockets with insurance and pharma subsidies and begin realizing that this is a country "Of the people, By the people and For the people..." we just might get some honesty and compassion for humanity, you and me!

What happened to win+win+win? What we need to take charge of is not healthcare, it is disease care.

Yes, it's LONG overdue and NOW is the time for our government to extend to all citizens what is as basic a right as education. How can we expect to educate children who are not healthy? Health affects all aspects of our economy: empoyment, education, life goals. When those who have good health care and refuse it to others realize that their refusal to grant health care to all is impacting on THEIR ability to live a long, healthy life, then they will take action. Unfortunately, it is often not until people who have the control feel the affect in their own lives that they take action. NOW is the time for health care for all. It will make a positive impact on all aspects of our country.
