This petition is for a brilliant man of Light, known as Lalo. He changed my life and many others. Through his example (not preaching) he taught respect of all living beings, appreciation of silence, discipline and determination in bettering your self, through yoga, meditation, chanting, satsang (community), living and eating clean and simple. He has been in jail for over 3 years, he was just moved to a high security prison where he doesn't get the food he needs to subsist and he is allowed only very brief visits with no physical contact, he is locked up pretty much 24-7. He is in great despair, his family and friends have been fighting for him and standing by him this last 3 years only to be used by lawyers and disgraced in court by not having any real representation.
