I signed the petition "Supreme Justice Scalia needs to step down and not promote illegal acts of animal cruelty". I'm asking you to sign this petition to help us reach our goal of 20,000 signatures. I care deeply about this cause, and I hope you will support our efforts.

Hi, from Ol’ Bruce, again.  

This issue is crucial!  REALLY CRUCIAL, to people all over the world!  So I am also including a change.org petition link.  Justice Scalia has long been the leading conservative on the now 5-4 conservative court.  What they do can effect all human lives and world resources for decades, sometimes irretrievably.  I certainly have no hopes that the Justice will resign his lifetime term. BUT lots of signatures may make him a little more cautious, less bragging, less influential on his colleagues.  And, if you notice, the change.org petition is not directed to the Justice, but to people who could caution him, and in the case of the president who could remind The Justice who will make future appointments to our Supreme Court. Therefore, please, I urge you, treat these two petitions with the greatest of respect.

My own comment included the following message (and a photo on care2) which you may use or edit in any way if you please (edit only the writing, please, not the photo, which I am certain no-one would want to use and as far as editing, it already is as good as both the team of cosmetic surgeons and the photo-lab could possibly do! J ) 

So, here is the comment I add to each petition:

Thank you, that with your heavy work load, busy schedule, and such exhausting responsibilities we can have the faith that you and your staff, will give the fullest possible attention to careful and conscientious consideration of our earnest plea.
