1. First National Level Conference “Meat & Poultry Processing Industry in India –Potentials & Challenges”/ Exhibition cum training on the 4th 5th and 6th November 2009 in New Delhi. 2. Venue Hall No.10 Pragati Maidan, New Delhi. 3. The Conference/Exhibition-cum-Training will be of 3 days duration. 4. The 1st day will include Inaugural Session and Technical Sessions. 5. The 2nd day will consist of basic training of prospective entrepreneurs in the meat and poultry sector. 6. The 3rd day will have training of meat / poultry sector workers. 7. In addition to this, there will be an exhibition of nearly 50 stalls of Meat/Poultry Processing Unit/Exports/Machinery Manufacturers etc. 8. The Ministry of Food Processing Industries will make available stalls of the Exhibition at a subsidized rate of Rs.2500/- for small scale and micro Industries, Rs.10, 000 for medium scale industries, Rs. 25,000 for large scale industries. 9.
