Here is an excellent video produced by Consumer Union, the publishers of Consumer Reports.  These people do not accept advertising. They run tests on products that they buy off the shelf.  Nothing is donated to them by the companies who's products they are evaluating.

This video discusses the health care system we have in the US that is driven by money, not the needs of the patient.  I think you will find it interesting and very suprising.
