In a small bowl, mix olive and walnut oil, vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Core and cut persimmons and a pear into thin slices. In a large bowl, toss lemon basil leaves with the pear and persimmon slices. Add the vinaigrette and toss again. Put the salad into a serving dish and garnish with the pecans. Bon appetit!
