Fast & healthy***

Ingredients:
  • 2 medium Fuyu persimmons
  • 1 large red Bartlett pear
  • 1/2 cup roasted pecans, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon basil leaves, chopped
  • 1 tsp sherry vinegar
  • 1 tbsp walnut or hazelnut oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ground black pepper, salt
In a small bowl, mix olive and walnut oil, vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.
Core and cut persimmons and a pear into thin slices.
In a large bowl, toss lemon basil leaves with the pear and persimmon slices. Add the vinaigrette and toss again.
Put the salad into a serving dish and garnish with the pecans.
Bon appetit!
