วันนี้ (4 พ.ย.) นาย สุเทพ เทือกสุบรรณ กล่าวถึงกรณี พล.อ.ชวลิต ยงใจยุทธ ลงพื้นที่ภาคใต้ เสนอตั้งนครปัตตานี และออกกฎหมายนิรโทษกรรมให้กับผู้ก่อความไม่สงบ ว่าเป็นเรื่องเก่าที่เคยเสนอมาแล้ว แต่ไม่สำเร็จ เพราะการนิรโทษกรรมเป็นเรื่องที่เป็นไปไม่ได้ เนื่องจากผู้ที่ฆ่าคนบริสุทธิ์ ต้องถูกลงโทษและไม่ใช่หลักการให้อภัย เชื่อเรื่องดังกล่าวจะไม่กระทบความสัมพันธ&agra
