Nov 4, 2009

I went to Brandon this afternoon to see the mental health worker. She was concerned about some of the recent events I told her about.

Later on I did a few errands for Dana.

On the way back to Virden I saw something unusual. A light in the sky, of the same magnitude and general appearance of the planet (Jupiter?)which has been visible in the sky for some time now.

It appeared just below that planet, in fact, and made a j-hook maneuver before fading out. I pulled my car over as soon as I saw it, but couldn't get my cellphone ready to take a video before the light disappeared.

I have no idea what it could have been. I had no real frame of reference regarding size or speed.

My best guess is that it was a piece of debris reflecting light from a farmyard fairly nearby....
