Hello Ann, I share your pain and concern. I have called The Office of the Interior, signed petitions, called my congressman, sent emails, all I can say is that his office is filled with people who are terrified of their boss, that is obvious to me. I hear that there are many offices in this "Interior" structure and Ken Salazar's is somehow lost in the maze, not to be found. Translation: You can't reach the jerk by phone or email. I have no respect for this man and wonder who is putting the pressure on him. I told that office, I left a message. We have aNEW president now. Let's get with the program.
I wouldn't be surprised if the NRA is behind this. They are loaded with hunters. Killing a wolf is a bigggg thing to a small mind. I think we need to smell the coffee. Secretary Salazar cannot say no to the NRA and their #1 supporter, Bush.

Sad as that is to hear my friend,i'm afraid your right...I've also made numerous calls with the same damn results...It's like beating my head against a brick wall where they are concerned...All I know is that I will NEVER give up the fight for these majestic beauties...
