Caring for Israel: Jon Stewart Interviews Human Rights Activists

Last night, Jon Stewart interviewed Anna Baltzer, Jewish human rights activist and the author of A Witness in Palestine, together with Dr. Mustafa Barghouti, founder of the Union of Palestinian Medical Relief Committees and independent political supporter of non-violent resistance. Throughout the discussion, the duo's overall message remains clear and concise: The presence of active Israeli armed forces in certain areas of the country is having a terribly (self-)destructive impact on Israelis and Palestinians alike, in many different ways.
