Hi friends I am in need like many others of employment and my son also needs a job so if any one knows of job openings I would like to know. We both work at a Manufacturing plant in central Missouri where we are involved in building Modular Homes I have been there  going on 39 years and Mike has got in close to 20 years now. Mike is on the building line and I for the last 20 years have been in Maintenance with the last 15 as head of department. We both have a great deal of building knowledge both of us has run heavy equipment although I have run more types and have more experience than Mike in equipment He has more mechanical experience working on heavy equipment.  I handle all phases of the Maintenance for the plant including electrical.plumbing, welding, pneaumatics, hydraulics, carpentry, lawn and building maintenance, and all tools and equipment repair. I also manage all paper work for the dept. including purchasing anything needed to repair and maintain a industrial plant including new jigs ande additions to the building. Mike has the ability to work any area of the production process. Mike is 41 years of age and I myself just turned 59 which is a turn off for most people hiring, they want younger workers But I must say I can still work and do my share and I want to work for at least 10-15 more years depending on the job. Both of us are willing to learn whatever we need to learn for employment.

Any help anyone can give in this will be most appreciated neither of us ae slackers and we will work as hard as anyone to hold our jobs. Like wise we are willing to relocate if need be to find work. The area we are in has nothing available and what does come up is filled in no time at all. I understand that some areas of the country has not been as hard hit with this recession as Missouri has been so I am trying to find a decent job elsewhere. Thank you
