Yes I totally agree that the tech support on C2 is really not good. I have never had a problem resolved in fact its more like completely ignored. Its a complete waste of time filling those forms they have set up, you get an automated letter and then that is it. Even if you go back and send them another email quoting their number, its not going to do you any good. In fact Care2 may as well have no tech support.

There is group called 'New to Care2' that helps with how to do things on Care2 and they are great but the actual tech support, like I said, forget about it, non existent.

Good on you Jenny for putting this together, much needed. I guess I should have mentioned that Care2 is like my second home in my comment on the petition, but I guess this issue has really got me hot under the collar for so long I just wanted to vent my frustration.
