1 - 750 ml bottle of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2/3 C Italian Seasoning
1 can pitted black or Kalamata olives, chopped
1/2 red onion, chopped
1 can artichoke hearts (not marinated), chopped
1/2 jar Mazzetta sliced Pepperoncini Peppers
1 pkg Feta or Blu Cheese crumbles (or add desired amount)
1/2 jar sun dried tomatoes, chopped
3 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped
Salt & Pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a sealed container. Let sit overnight in refrigerator before using for best flavor. Just add lettuce!

NOTE: These measurements are estimated and are highly customizable. Use your imagination on other ingredients or substitutions you may enjoy. Remember to be generous with your additions!
