Zutaten für 4 Personen: 125 g TK-Himbeeren 100 g Crème fraîcheoder Schmand 150 g Mascarpone (ital. Frischkäse) 2 EL Zitronensaft 2 EL Zucker 2 Kiwis 4 Aprikosenhälften (Dose) 8 feine Butterwaffeln evtl. Minze zum Verzieren Puderzucker zum Bestäuben Zubereitung: 1. TK-Himbeeren etwas antauen lassen. Ca. 8 Himbeeren zum Verzieren beiseite legen. 2. Crème fraîche, Mascarpone, Zitronensaft und Zucker verrühren. Himbeeren unterrühren. Kiwis schälen und in Scheiben schneiden. Aprikosen abtropfen lassen und in Spalten schneiden. 3. Etwa 2/3 der Mascarpone-Creme auf 4 Waffeln verteilen. Je eine Waffel darauf legen. Restliche Creme als Klecks darauf geben. Mit vorbereiteten Früchten und evtl. Minze verzieren. Mit Puderzucker bestäuben und sofort servieren. EXTRA-TIPPS - Statt Himbeeren und Zucker 2-3 EL Konfitüre unter die Mascarpone rühren. - So schmeckt’s wie frisch gebacken: Waffeln im Toaster auf kleinster Stufe oder kurz im Backofen bei 100 °C erwärmen. - Wenn die Creme etwas leichter sein soll, können Sie Crème fraîche durch Joghurt oder Quark ersetzen. kcal kJ Eiweiß Fett KH Broteinheiten 430 1800 4 g 31 g 31 g -
