This petition may be signed by anyone. This is the county to our immediate south in the Finger lakes of New York. They have already destroyed a nationally designated Important Bird Area by selling the grassland to the gas drilling industry. It is already destroyed. Now they plan to dump drilling residue, including low level nuclear materials, into their landfill. Your help is much appreciated.
