I want to say thank you to everyone who tries their best and puts their utmost effort in HELPING others outside yourselves.  So from me to ALL OF YOU, my turn to give back in a smile and kind breath.

On this day 22 April, remember to take the time to stop and breath it, feel it, touch it, honour it, hear it, smell it, watch it and most of all enjoy it.  In love and light always.
