Do you make your child atleast try something before they can say no?  


I have a hard time getting my children to eat cooked veggie's but the rule is you have to take two bite's before you don't eat them. That way they can atleast teast it and some time's they end up likeing it. Now they will eat uncooked veggies with no problem. Like salads and veggies and dip. But when they are cooked for get it !
