feral colony

I have a group of feral cats. I have been feeding them for over 2 years. I took over the management of this colony from a rescue orginization. i have been paying for all the food myself. I can't get the orginization to help with TNR for the new cats, nor have they contrubuted a penny to me for food. There are 13 in total and 3 of the ferals live with me. I also had to relocate the 13 to the woods. Today I ran into 3 baby racoons. I don't mind feeding them to but I am nervous as I was only a few feet away. If you are wondering about the orginization, there answear to me is they were going to just walk away, and I can do the same. This same orginization writes news letters about how they feed the homeless and feral animals in the community. That is not true. They got me to do it and then when I asked for help with TNR for the 3 new cats they won't help.
