Just to tell you about a great book of Gerald Durrell called: Rosy is My Relative. He dedicated this delightful book to Noel Coward who apparently had a "passion for pachyderms".  I highly recommend this book written
by a FANTASTIC human being who established one of the first captive
breeding centers for endangered species on the Island of Jersey.
Thanks for letting me become part of this group.
