In addition to endangering whales and dolphins in Hawaiian waters, worsening traffic congestion on the neighbor islands, increasing crime, allowing the military to transport Stryker vehicles to the neighbor islands, etc., it will also increase the spread of unwanted, alien species (insects, coqui frogs, plants, diseases, etc.) to the neighbor islands.
