Poem

Chance

Jesus came back to me
and he tried to set me free
But my heart had lost his liberty
The Holy Spirit spoke to me in my heartAnd said there is no need to be apart
The Lord died for me and gave me a new life
So I could cope with the strife
of this uncertian life
He suffered for my iniquities as perfect as he is
And I believe he lives
And in my heart he forgives
Now I really know
He has given me another chance to grow

Hi, I like your poem, I can tell it's really heartfelt. Also, you know He said, "I shall never leave you nor forsake you..." so if you're not feeling too close with God, guess who moved? Smile for God loves you 24-7.
Peace,
Harry
