The combination of 2 Discomfort Reliever pills+required dose of daily milk thistle+1 shot of Frequensea, helps to dissolve this cyst so that my endocrine, metabolic, and even circulatory systems function properly. The basic goal is to maintain homeostasis of these systems by keeping my hormones regulated.

Cysts are both a product of nature (over-production of estrogen) and a product of our personal environment which includes, diet, stress tolerance, prayer and/or meditation, living conditions i.e. pure healthy drinking water, least polluted air possible, nearly allergen-free living quarters and an understanding circle of friends and family who can help when times get rough. I am thankful these days, and everyday, for the people closest to me that share in my pain, joy, bad days, good days and everything in-between.

Today my pain threshold is at a steady 4.25, which is noticeable therefore still, intolerable. To shrink it back to roughly 1/4 of its size is the goal by April 2007, just one year two months before it ruptured causing waves of discomfort.

Everything I am using to beat this is natural and because I am more resilient to listening to Dr. Mom, I have a better chance at making menopause a breeze for me.

hugs to myself and all others reading this,
