3/4 cup TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein)
place into a liquid measuring cup and fill it with vegetable stock until it reaches 1 1/4 cups
1 can Whole Cranberry sauce
1 egg (to make it vegan,  use 1/4 cup of tofu, mashed or an egg reflacer)
1 1/3 cups of Stuffing Mix
Cooking Spray
2 tablespoons melted butter (or margarine, if vegan)
Preheat oven to 375. Mix cranberry sauce, egg and TVP. Stir in dry stuffing and mix well. Shape into 16 balls; place on foil-covered baking sheet that has been been sprayed with Cooking  Spray. Bake 20 min. Brush evenly with butter.
Yield: 8 servings
