I've been doing a lot of research lately on how society's perspective is changing on so many levels. For the longest time, I have found the entertainment industry to be annoying at best and downright obnoxious at worst. But lately my view has been changing.

I feel that if we look closer at the stories we are presented with perhaps we can transform our world by understanding how those stories mirror how we live. The past few weeks I have become captivated by the newest spin on the story of "Nikita".  You can choose to view it as a action-packed work of fiction or you can dig deeper
 - to feel the emotions
 - to understand that there are those who prey on the weak with the intent to corrupt; that they wish to control how we think and what we feel by trying to make us believe that they have enriched our lives and given us a second chance at life
 - to see that we can think for ourselves; change ourselves in order to make the world a better place because the Dead Can't Testify
