I am a mother, a grandma, a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a fiance', a friend, a student I wear many hats, all very important and monumental in making me who I am today!! Sometimes, I get lost in the sea of who I am,what hat I am wearing or what hat I need to wear. Sometimes, I want to get lost and other times I want to be found! I am on a personal journey to discover the authentic person I am meant to be - The Real Me. I am excited, scared, happy, confused, and seem to be experiencing resistance to the change I want to make?! I am determined to push through it and I will!! I am a work in progress, a canvas to be painted on, a masterpeace in the making and the artist - ME. I can see my future, a visualization for now but, a reality soon, very soon!! I look forward to discovering, to re-inventing, to learning and growth. I look forward to the teachers I will meet a long the way, the friendships I will form, the knowledge I will gain, the unknown I will experience and the ability to help others as I go. I am learning through my writing that these feelings & emotions are to be expected. I will be given the tool's to work through it all. I will come out of this journey an authentic person, a You University Life Coach, a successful entrepreneur and of most importance a better role model for my daughters!! So let me say I am so very, very grateful to be here, to be me, and to have the freedom and this platform to express my thoughts, goals, dreams, and desires.

on this situation having
worked for a living since
the late sixties. Far to

When I was growing up in
France, sugar came in the
form of small rectangles
or squares for use in
coffee or tea. You would
buy a kilo of sugar all
wrapped up in a cardboard
box which would, in turn,
fit snuggly in a metal
sugar box. This
