Since 1995, innocently surviving a 5-fatality head-on freeway collision,
I am now severely disabled. I have since learned to live with; partial
paralysis as well as an impaired voice. But finally, I feel ready for this
long-awaited opportunity to once again help our disabled children ( as
well as our elders) just as I had prior to my injury..Isn't this ironic! At
the time of this accident I was in the process of purchasing a
residential-elevator business which provided access for those who
have difficulty climbing stairs. However, since that is no longer an
option -- and with my General Contractors License remaining inactive
over the years -- I have long awaited this time when I could once again
offer my knowledge to help others; particularly our Special Needs Children.
Our firm will make any surrounding a "safe and accessible" surrounding.
Considering my inability to further perform this type labor -- as a CA General
Contractor -- I do have the knowledge and the ability to align sub-contractors
to perform all jobs required. In any event, take it from one who knows both
sides of this issue quite well; as your future Building Contractor, please allow
us this special opportunity to advise you while building a "SAFE" and
Thank You for your time and consideration.
