This is a delicious drink, simple to make.
For two portions take 1 cup mixed berries (fresh or frozen, i.e. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries...) and 1 cup soy-rice-drink.
If the fruits are frozen, let them defrost for about 2 hours before you mix them with the soy-rice-drink with a mixer.
The shake drink will be icecold then - a delicious drink in summer!
If you like, add one teaspoon of sugar so the drink is sweeter, but I think the fruits are sweet enough on their own.
